In 2015, the President H.E. Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, launched "The Presidential Program for Qualifying Youth for Leadership" to train youth in the political, administrative, and community work domains. The program entails informing the youth about the latest theories on management, scientific and practical planning. Graduates of the program obtain a professional academic certificate.

Youth training program that is part of the decent life presidential initiative. The initiative is based on training in the professions of detailing and sewing for 15 hours per session, and the occupations of plumbing and electrical installations for two weeks per session. To be conducted in a mobile workshop that will be able to reach rural communities.  

Contributing to national efforts towards youth empowerment and the fight against irregular migration, WFP and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) launched a partnership towards promoting technical and vocational education and training (TVET) among youth and strengthening national TVET systems to bridge the gap between employment market needs and youths’ qualifications.
